This is a civil rights class action 1 brought under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 2 on behalf of all indigent inmates who are presently or will hereafter be in the custody of defendant Louie L. Wainwright, Secretary, Florida Department of Corrections. 3 At issue is the right of Florida’s inmates to meaningful access to the courts.
