This is an appeal by the plaintiff from a judgment entered upon a verdict of the jury in favor of the defendants, and from an order denying a new trial. The action was instituted-by the plaintiff to recover of the defendants the sum of $600 alleged -to be due him by reason of transactions resulting in the sale of a farm by him to the defendant Hart in October, 1908. It is alleged in -the complaint that in October, 1908, and for a long time prior thereto, -the defendant Barnhart was engaged in the business of real estate agent in McCook county, in this state, and that prior to that date he had…
