ROGERS, Justice.

In suit No. 8595 of the Twenty-First Judicial District Court, Parish of Tangipahoa, entitled Mrs. O. G. Drake et al. v. Bert Tucker, Inc., plaintiffs obtained a judgment for rent due and to become due under a lease covering a commercial building located in the Town of Ponchatoula. The judgment maintained the provisional seizure under which the stock of merchandise in the building was seized.
