Jefco Laboratories, Inc. (hereinafter Jefco or plaintiff), sought a temporary restraining order (TRO) and a preliminary injunction against defendants Lawrence F. Carroo and Michael J. Gluck for their alleged breach of a restrictive covenant contained in their employment contracts. The trial court issued a TRO against Carroo at an ex parte hearing. After an evidentiary hearing, the court dissolved the TRO against Carroo and refused to issue a preliminary injunction against either defendant.
