HEANEY, Senior Circuit Judge.

Pursuant to a plea agreement with the government, Terry Mau pleaded guilty on December 24, 1990 to charges of conspiracy to distribute marijuana and methamphetamine, 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), possession of a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking offense, 18 U.S.C. 924(c)(1), and possession of a firearm as a previously convicted felon, 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). On April 19, 1991, the district court sentenced Mau to a total of 210 months imprisonment. Mau appeals his sentence, claiming that the district court improperly sentenced him as a career offender…
