Representatives of the Florida International University College of Law Immigrant Children’s Justice Clinic,1 as next friends of T.J., a minor, appeal a circuit court order summarily denying their amended petition for an adjudication of dependency as to T.J. We review the summary denial of the amended petition under a de novo standard.
