Baggett Transportation Company, defendant-appellant, hereinafter referred to as Baggett, appeals from an order entered January 8, 1968, by the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, Southwestern Division, which order granted a temporary injunction against Baggett in a suit brought by Hughes Transportation, Inc., plaintiff-appellee, a competing motor common carrier, such action being instituted pursuant to 49 U.S.C.A. § 322(b) (2); Pub.L. 89-170, 79 Stat. 649 (1965).
