BALLARD, District Judge.

This case is now heard upon the specification of grounds of opposition filed by Daniel and Walker to the discharge of the bankrupt. There are nine separate grounds of opposition specified, but I do not consider it necessary to notice the second, third, fifth, seventh, eighth, or ninth, because some of them are sufficient, and the others are substantially embraced in grounds one and two.
