PARKER, District Judge.
Two questions arise here. The first is, taking them in the order of these proceedings, did the defendant Scott comply with the requirements of the law of congress of the 3d day of March, 1S75, in making his application for a removal of a cause from a state court to a federal court? And, second, does the court have jurisdiction of the cause after it gets here?
