Appeal from an order and judgment of the Supreme Court (Conway, J.), entered March 28, 1986 in Albany County, which, inter alia, granted third-party plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment.

Plaintiff Joseph A. Blair, Sr., was injured when the scaffolding he was working on allegedly collapsed. This action was subsequently commenced against the various defendants including the company which supplied the scaffolding, Westchester Scaffold and Equipment Corporation (Westchester).
