The City of Pittsburgh (Employer) and UPMC Benefit Management Services, Inc. petition for review of an adjudication of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) setting aside Employer’s recoupment of an overpayment of workers’ compensation benefits. For a period of approximately two months, Employer paid John Wright (Claimant) total disability workers’ compensation without an offset for the disability pension Employer also paid Claimant.
