[¶ 1] Marjorie Browne appeals from the default judgment entered in the Superior Court (Oxford County, Gorman, J.) awarding compensatory damages to Janet E. Truman on Truman’s libel claim and permanently enjoining Browne from publishing the libel. Browne argues that the court erroneously entered judgment on her default, that Truman waived her right to a default, and that the preliminary injunction unduly limited her ability to develop evidence relating to liability.
