Anna E. Yeazell, a resident of Clark county, Ohio, died on April 22, 1920, owner of property in Ohio and a farm of 820 acres, with personal property thereon worth $2400, in Logan county, in this State. On May 4, 1920, her last will and testament, consisting of an original will and two codicils, was admitted to probate in the probate court of Clark "county. On June 21, 1920, Emerson E.
