The above-styled case came before the Court for a' hearing on confirmation of the Debtor’s Second Amended Plan on March 16, 2017, at 9:10 AM. At the hearing, the Chapter 13 Trustee raised an objection to confirmation alleging that the Debtor had failed to satisfy the good-faith requirement of § 1325(a)(3) of the Bankruptcy Code.
