Merry Snyder, Petitioner, seeks review of an order of the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare *262(DPW) which affirmed the discontinuance of her General Assistance (GA) cash grant due to her eligibility to receive benefits under the Aid to Families with Dependent Children (AFDC) program and her refusal to cooperate with DPW to initiate a support action against her child’s father.
