DECISION RE: AVOIDANCE OF TRANSFER RELATED TO DIVORCE

The matter before the Court is Trustee John S. Lovald’s complaint against Debtor Patricia M. Claussen and her former husband, Ronald Claussen, seeking an avoidance of the transfer of certain property interests during the Claussens’ divorce. This is a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(H). This Decision and accompanying Order shall constitute the Court’s findings and conclusions under Fed.R.Bankr.P. 7052.
