CASSIBRY, District Judge:
These cases were tried to the court sitting without a jury on a former date. After considering the pleadings, the evidence, and the arguments of counsel, I enter the following findings of fact and conclusions of law.

1. Plaintiff, Pontchartrain State Bank (hereafter PSB), was at all times material herein a Louisiana banking corporation domiciled in the Parish of Jefferson.
