MEMORANDUM ORDER SUSTAINING DEBTOR’S OBJECTION TO CLAIM OF INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE

THIS matter came before the Court for hearing on July 26, 1995 and August 9, 1995 upon the Objection to Claim of Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) filed by the Slater Corporation (the “Debtor”). In addition, on July 3, 1995 the Court granted the Debtor’s motion to compel discovery and for sanctions against the United States, and reserved ruling on the specific sanctions to be imposed.
