This is a bill in equity brought by the Beacon Hill Land Company, a corporation located in the city of Providence in the county of Providence, and Charles Sisson of said Providence, a second mortgagee, against Walter A. Bowen, of Warwick, in the county of, Kent, administrator de bonis non with the will annexed of Amos C. Bars-tow, late of said Providence, deceased, and John R.
