Plaintiffs seek to reverse the order or decree of the superior court dismissing for want of equity their complaint, filed June 9, 1933, to set aside a decree entered by that court November 20, 1931, foreclosing the first mortgage trust deed securing $1,725,000 of bonds on property known as the Sheridan Cornelia Apartments, at 3500 Sheridan road, Chicago, and for other relief.
