This is an action to recover for personal injuries received by the plaintiff, while a passenger on an electric car of the defendant, by reason of its collision with a coal wagon.

The entire evidence consisted of interrogatories propounded by the plaintiff to the defendant and the answers thereto, and the testimony of the plaintiff.
