This is a petition brought in this court.by Mr. O’Connell under the bankruptcy act of July 1, 1898, c.; 541', § 24b, 30 Stat. 553 [U. S. Comp. St. 1901, p. 3432], asking us to revise certain proceedings of the District Court with reference to Eenoir A.. Dow, bankrupt.
