Affirming.

Pursuant to notice and a hearing before the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board held January 20, 1943,. the board entered an order revoking the retail beer and liquor licenses theretofore issued to appellant and under which he was engaged in the retail sale of beer and liquor in the city of Ashland, Kentucky. Appellant appealed from the order of the board by filing in the Franklin circuit court his petition for appeal together with a transcript of the proceedings had before the board and asked that the order of the board be .set aside and held for…
