This is a proceeding by petitioner for a writ of mandamus to require Hon. Edwin R. McNeill, judge of the district court of Tulsa county, to certify his disqualification to try petitioner upon a charge for a felony. He alleges that the said judge entertains a prejudice against him and has an opinion of his guilt or innocence and an opinion as to the law under which the prosecution is carried on, and that petitioner cannot have a fair and impartial trial before said judge.
