The real question in the appeal arises of whether or not in the special circumstances it may be adjudged that the contestant was lawfully nominated as a candidate for the office of county commissioner for precinct No. 2 of Lamar county. Whatever may be the county or precinct office, the nomination to it could be only made by a majority vote, upon such decision by the county executive committee made and entered, as here done, prior to the date of the general primary, election.
