Coming before this Court on an appeal as of right, defendant Blue Cross-Blue Shield of Michigan argues that the lower court erred in entering a declaratory judgment on November 5, 1980, finding that defendant’s refusal to contract with plaintiffs constituted a combination to restrain trade in violation of the provisions of MCL 445.701; MSA 28.31.
