MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

H. CLYDE PEARSON, Bankruptcy Judge.

The Complaint seeks an order from the Court holding that the Plaintiff’s homestead deed exempting his motor vehicle is paramount to a garageman or mechanic’s lien for repairs.

The Debtor filed petition herein under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code (11 U.S.C. § 701, et seq.) seeking a discharge of his dischargeable debts on December 3, 1979.
