Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant contends that Supreme Court erred in denying his motion to suppress the marihuana seized from him on the ground that it was the result of an illegal search. We disagree. The record establishes that a police officer observed a vehicle being driven erratically by defendant, stopped the vehicle and requested defendant’s license and registration.
