OPINION

DAVIS, Commissioner.

Appeal is taken from a conviction for murder. Punishment was assessed by the jury at twenty years.

At the outset appellant contends the court erred in not granting his motion for an instructed verdict in that the accomplice witnesses’ testimony was not corroborated as required by Article 38.14, V.A.C.C.P. 1
