Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Tait, J.), entered September 29, 2004 in Chemung County, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to *1051CPLR article 78, to review a determination of the Board of Parole imposing certain conditions upon petitioner’s parole release.
