James John Schinker (hereinafter referred to as Husband) appeals the decree of dissolution ordered by the Circuit Court of St. Louis County. Husband raises three points on appeal. First, he alleges that the *762trial court erred in awarding maintenance to Mary Lou Schinker (hereinafter referred to as Wife). Second, he maintains that it was error for the trial court to find that Husband’s entire retirement benefit was marital property.
