In this case the Secretary of Labor seeks an injunction from further violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act and a restraint of withholding payment of minimum wages found by the court to be due employees of the defendants under the Act. The corporate defendants in this ease are the William Len Hotel Company, Inc., hereinafter called Wm. Len, Inc., and the owner of all the stock of Wm.
