Plaintiff Fidelity Savings and Loan Association (Fidelity) brings this action to remove the Federal Savings & Loan Insurance Corporation (FSLIC) as receiver of its assets and for such other equitable relief as it deems is necessary and permissible under the statute to place it in the same position it occupied on the date of the appointment.
