(“CBR”) and its individual shareholders Gregory Rankin, Robert Cochrane, and John Bales (collectively, “Shareholders”) bring this consolidated appeal, challenging the trial court’s award of attorney fees and order requiring $1,000,000 from a letter of credit to be deposited with the trial court clerk.
