Abedina Agic and her parents, Mehmed and Alma Agic (the “plaintiffs”), filed a complaint for damages against Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (“MARTA”) and one of its bus drivers, Nolan Davis, for injuries that Abedina Agic (“Agic”) sustained in a motor vehicle collision involving a MARTA bus. Following a trial, the jury returned a verdict in favor of MARTA and Davis, which was made the final judgment of the trial court.
