ORDER
BENSON, Chief Judge.
Plaintiff in the above entitled action seeks judgment in its favor on a life insurance policy issued by the defendant. The action was commenced in North Dakota District Court, Cass County, First Judicial District, and was removed to this court on diversity grounds. In addition and alternatively to requesting judgment, the plaintiff moves the court pursuant to N.D.R.App.P. 47(a) to certify certain legal questions to the North Dakota Supreme Court.
