This is an appeal from a judgment of the trial court ordering a severance and partial summary judgment granting specific performance of an option to purchase contract.

The appellant, Charles Vartan Walker, as owner, entered into a contract with Retama Manor Nursing Centers, Inc. (Retama), as lessee and one of the appellees herein, for the purpose of leasing certain property to be utilized as a nursing home.
