— On August 27, 1934, Pat Garrett was convicted in Division One of the St. Louis Court of Criminal Correction under Section 4026, Revised Statutes 1929, for failure to support his children under sixteen years of age. The penalty for a violation of said section is imprisonment in the county jail for one year, or a fine not exceeding $1,000, or both such fine and imprisonment. Garrett was sentenced to serve a term of one year in the city workhouse and is there imprisoned.
