This action was brought to foreclose a real estate mortgage. The mortgagors, Phebe and Christ Kessler defaulted. The defendant, Minnie Turner, claiming to be the owner of the property, answered. Her husband, the defendant H. E. Turner, interposed no answer. The defendant, Bond Lumber Company, answered, claiming a materialman’s lien superior to the plaintiff’s mortgage and praying a foreclosure thereof, and also counterclaimed asking for a personal judgment against the plaintiff.
