This is a motion brought by defendant Boston and Maine *578Railroad pursuant to CPLR 3121 and 3124 seeking an order directing plaintiffs to producé duly executed and acknowledged authorizations permitting it to obtain medical records of certain specified physicians who treated plaintiff Catherine J. Ricciuti, and for an order pursuant to CPLR 3126 dismissing the complaint in the event plaintiffs fail to comply with such order, if the same be granted by this court.
