— Appeal from that part of an order of the County Court of Washington County (Leary, J.), entered April 27, 1982, which denied plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment on the causes of action set forth in the complaint and which denied plaintiff’s motion for an order vacating defendant’s demand for a bill of particulars. Plaintiff, a gasoline wholesaler, brought this action against defendant, a retail dealer, to recover $4,746.05 alleged to be the balance due for gasoline delivered on March 26 and April 25, 1981.
