This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court of Shelby County, sustaining a plea of res judicata and thereby overruling a plea of privilege filed by the appellant, W. H. Ayers, in a suit filed by Mamie Putman, joined by her husband, W. F. Putman, against appellant by application for writ of habeas corpus for future care and custody of a minor, Rosalyn Ayers, filed in the district court of Shelby County, Texas.
