OPINION
BARNES, Judge.
Case Summary
Sonya Winchell appeals the trial court's granting of a motion for summary judgment filed by Fort Wayne Area Taco Bell Restaurant Owners Association, d/b/a Taco Bell ("Taco Bell"). We reverse.
