The testimony in this case establishes beyond doubt that T. H. Brinson, the husband of appellee, was a regular customer of the Commercial Bank & Trust Company, with whom Brinson carried an account, and from whom he borrowed sums of money from time to time. The hank was doing a regular banking business, and was in no sense operating a bucket shop, contrary to any of the provisions of chapter 118 of the Laws of 1908.
