{¶ 1} On August 7, 2013, and pursuant to Gov.Bar R. V(6a)(A), the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline filed with this court a certification of default, alleging that respondent, Deneen Marie Marrelli, failed to file an answer to a formal complaint pending before the board.
