MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
VANBEBBER, District Judge.
Plaintiff brought this diversity action seeking damages resulting from defendants’ alleged breach of a software license agreement, an account settlement agreement, and a service agreement. Because many of plaintiffs claims were subject to arbitration under the terms of the parties’ contractual agreements, the court stayed the case pending arbitration.
