Appeal from a judg-. ment of the County Court of Albany County (Clyne, J.), rendered April 20, 1983, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of robbery in the first degree.

The prosecution’s evidence established that the victim met defendant and codefendant, Steven Appel, at the residence of a female friend in the City of Rensselaer at about 11:00 p.m. on January 6, 1983, and that they socialized there for between 30 and 60 minutes.
