MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER DENYING DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO SUPPRESS EVIDENCE

On this day, the Court considered Defendant Rigoberto Laija-Garcia’s “Motion to Suppress” and “Brief in Support of Motion to Suppress,” filed on August 20, 2003 in the above-captioned cause.
