Before the Court is a “Motion for Judgment on Partial Findings” (the “Motion for Judgment”), filed by defendant Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Series ITF Series NBAS 2006-C (“Deutsche Bank”).
