BRECKENRIDGE, Judge.

Brett M. Magee was convicted of four counts of burglary in the second degree, § 569.170, RSMo 1994, 1 and four counts of stealing over $150.00, § 570.030. He was sentenced as a persistent offender to eight concurrent twenty-year terms of imprisonment. Mr. Magee now appeals, claiming that there was insufficient evidence to support the convictions, that the trial court erred by refusing to grant him a new trial on the basis of newly discovered evidence, and that the trial court erred by sentencing him as a persistent offender.
